Little Black Cat Services Has Got You Covered!

About Me & My Family

Hey there, my name is Chris.

Originally born and raised in the small town of Riverview, New Brunswick, hard work is in my DNA. I was raised by a professional landscaper and was already riding a lawnmower by the time I was 11 years old. Working summers with my dad taught me a stellar, old-school work ethic that defines who I am today.

For a long time, I worked for others, but I often found that my drive to over-deliver didn't fit into conventional, rigid job boxes. I realized that the only way to truly work as hard as I wanted, was to work for myself.

When I first moved to Logan Lake, I took a position at the local mine like so many others. But I quickly realized that waiting years for incremental growth in a heavily saturated pool wasn't going to secure the future I wanted for my family. I decided to take control of my path, do what I love, and turn my skills into a service this community can rely on.

Putting Down Roots

My two step-boys, Halden (9) and Davynn (5), are my primary motivating force. Everything I build is to show them the value of hard work and to provide them with a beautiful life right here. We absolutely love this community and are proud to make our home in Logan Lake.

The Story Behind "Little Black Cat"

The name has a history of its own. Years ago in Saanichton, BC, on Vancouver Island, I started a small agricultural venture called Little Black Cat Organics. It was my very first attempt at putting down professional and personal "roots." Now that I have found my true home in Logan Lake, I’ve brought the name with me to represent a new chapter—growing fresh roots, doing what I am truly good at, and contributing to the beauty of our community.
